Porcupine
Most people don’t associate porcupines with a desert habitat, but these large rodents thrive in Confluence Park with the abundance of trees for food and cover. Although primarily nocturnal, porcupines can often be seen in Confluence Park during the daytime in trees along LaVerkin Creek near the Virgin River.
