Desert Cottontail
(Sylvilagus audubonii)

Desert Cottontail Desert cottontails are smaller than their larger cousin, the black-tailed jack rabbit. These bunnies  are extremely common and occur in all parts of the Reserve. They are capable of breeding and producing young at nearly all times throughout the year.
