Night Snake
(Hypsiglena torquata)
This rear fanged snake is mildly venomous, but harmless to humans. It can grow to 26 inches. Most have a large dark spot on their neck, and a spotted pattern on back. These nocturnal animals feed on lizards, eggs, snakes, and frogs.
